How do I save myself from this?

Aunty Amara am grateful for this forum and its benefit towards mankind.
I am the girl that posted about his fiance having kidney problem last year.
He died 1st January 2015 and since then my life has never been the same.
Nobody understands my pains not even my parents especially my mother.
I have known this guy almost all my life and moving on isnt that easy.
Aunty am breaking and losing focus in all i have for myself and all i wish to achieve this year.
I keep sulking and wallowing in pains and agony.
Aunty Amara i need help.
How do i save myself from this..please help me

Dear sender,
The pains and sorrows one experiences when one loses someone so dear can only be imagined.
Most times living in denial of such pain makes it worse to bear or cope with.
Nobody would understand simply because they were neither in your shoes nor have they experienced what you are today going through but we have someone who can help lift the burden from your shoulders.
You have mourned him and grieved him, its time for you not to forget about him but to radiate the love, care, vision, passion, joy and excitement he shared with you.
Don't dwell on the fact that you can't see him anymore, instead remember those moments, periods and times he made your life excited and beautiful on earth.
Remember him for the impact and privileges that meeting him brought into your life.
If he had his way, he would have stayed back with you but heaven had a better purpose both for you and him.
Look unto God ,not with bitterness but with hope that you are a better lady because someone decided to give you the very best of himself.
Pour out your wishes, desires and pains to him, a contrite and broken spirit, the lord doesn't despise.
Look up to him who knows how you feel and what you are going through.
It may not be easy but I know you will pull through.
Surround yourself with books that will encourage, motivate and inspire you to live again.
Because our saviour lives, we can breath in hope that when he returns again, we shall be reunited with God Almighty and with those who left before us.
It is well with your soul.

  2. This is so touching. my dear i know how you feel bcs i have lost a dear one before so i understand. i never knew i could survive bt thank God i am alive today. buy motivational books as anthy Amara had said. try going out with friends or to any busy place where u can entertain yourself by sight seeing and above all, if u are a christian, engage fully in the things of God and by his grace, you will overcome dis trauma. the Lord will see you through and help u to move on with ur life bcs that's exactly what ur man will wish for you.
