How Do I Tell Him this Bad News?

Good evening aunty Amara. I am a little worried and confused. My marriage is barely two months old and I just discovered I have a lump in my breast. I don't even know what or where to start.
My husband and I were even having challenges of erectile dysfunction since we got married( we didn't have any sex before our wedding )and we have been working on how to fix that and start trying for babies.
Aunty Amara, I don't even know how to start telling him this bad news about lump and I'm only 25 years old. I can't tell my mum because it would affect her blood pressure, she worries too much. I don't know what to do. I need matured advice please. I am so scared. I haven't lived any rough life so I don't know why this is happening.
Please aunty Amara tell me what can I do at this point.

At this point please inform your husband immediately of the observation and encourage him to plan to visit your family doctor or your gynaecologist to examine the lump to know whether it's malignant and remove it as soon as possible.
This is not time to ask how you got it or why it's on your skin, this is the best time to visit your doctor and crush down every spirit of lump or cancer in your body.
A lump treated on time is much better than a cancer ignored by a lady.
Please don't be worried about what your husband may feel at the moment, you need to examine your body and be physically and emotionally healthy to give birth to healthy children.
After examining your breast, you and him will tackle the issue of erectile dysfunction which your family doctor or an urologist may also examine depending on what possibly was the cause of his erectile dysfunction and advice him on what to do to overcome that.
Though you didn't explain why you think it was an erectile dysfunction but I think that the most important is to get rid of the lump in your breast.
It's well with you and your husband.
Cheer up and don't let your mother know until you have visited your doctor and examined the state of your breast.
I am praying that God will make you whole and destroy every lump in your body in Jesus name Amen.

  1. That u have a lump doesn't mean it's cancerous dear..but you need 2 go for a test 2 ascertain whether the lump is benign or malignant,if it's benign then there's nofin to worry about coz it hasn't started spreading and it's just a growth...the earlier you see a doctor the better...God will see you through dear..

  2. It might not be cancerous dear.. Pls see your doctor n have it removed as soon as possible. God be with you
