My Friends Make Mockery of my Partner!

Good day ma, there's this guy I'm dating, he finished his NYSC last year November, but he's yet to get a job. He loves me dearly and I love him too. He is this type that doesn't like being idle and cashless so he started riding tricycle in order to gather money and start up something for himself. I don't have a problem with that cos I adore any hardworking individual.
The problem now are my friends, they always look for an avenue to mock me saying my boyfriend is a keke rider, these are persons that their boyfriends are jobless and didn't even attend university. I've quarelled with them countless times and the last one almost led to a fight.
Aunty please how do I handle such?

Please separate yourself from fake, irresponsible, artificial and foolish friends that you have surrounded yourself with to avoid being identified as one of them.
Any lady who opens her mouth to abuse an industrious, focused, responsible, resourceful and a visionary man in our unstable economic environment sincerely doesn't understand what life entails.
You shouldn't listen to their fable or attempt to defend your partner to impress them. Let them mock him as much as they please because their mockery is only a prayer point to God of what your partner needs to prosper in life.
Their mockery only reminds God that your partner is an unfinished project and that he deserves better in life. Their mockery shows that your partner is making progress in his vision and someday he will be celebrated by your friends.
All you owe your partner is unflinching support and prayers for God to make him a man that will be a blessing to all. All you should do is advise him on how he can invest his money productively while he strive to save money for his project.
Don't reduce your value or the value of your partner to the mediocrity of your irresponsible friends. Life doesn't remember those who have nothing to offer but rewards those who became great by humbling himself and building from the little that he could lay his hands on.
The Bible reminded me that God exalts the humble and reduces the proud, you will live to see this word of God manifest in the life of your partner and your so called friends.

  1. Dear Poster, you have a man every decent woman should crave and you are listening to senseless girls. Please appreciate him and show him you truly care. Men that can do what it takes to feed their families are rare. I will gladly respect such a man not one that stays home waiting for a job while being a liability to his parents.
