How Can I Get a Baby Boy or Girl?

I am newly married, just preparing for my wedding. But my fear now is that i don't want to have many children more than my wish.

One thing you must have at the back of your mind is that the woman doesn't have a major role to play in the gender of your baby.
Basic biology told us that a man produces a X and a Y chromosomes while the lady produces a X and X chromosome.
If the man releases more of a X chromosome sperm, there is nothing medically that will change the baby to a boy because the formation of XX fusion is a baby girl but if the man deposits a Y chromosome, then the lady maybe expecting a baby boy.
Now medicine went further to study the life span and the characteristics of the X and Y chromosomes and discovered that the X chromosome has a longer lifespan but travels slowly while the Y chromosome has a very short lifespan but travels pretty fast. Medical research also confirmed that the acidic environment of the vagina supports the life of the X chromosome but is harmful to the Y chromosome while the alkaline state of the vagina supports the Y chromosome but is harmful to the X chromosome.
What this also means is that what you eat as a lady has an effect on the gender of your baby though not a significant effect.
Where the lady has a role to play is in understanding her hormonal profile and detecting her ovulation. This is because it will help her to know when to meet her husband and be almost certain that a baby boy is what they received.
Knowing that if a man deposits both X and Y spermatozoa inside the canal of the vagina, the Y chromosome will travel faster and meet the egg and that the ovulation period is when the egg is most ripe for fertilisation, if the man meets with his wife on her ovulation day, there is a greater chances that the lady will conceive a baby boy but if the man met with his wife on five days before her ovulation day, there's a greater chances of conceiving a baby girl.
This is why you must understand your body, be able to detect your ovulation with the sign like increase in temperature, whitish and thick discharge and the likes, you may also wish to do a hormonal profile test so that you can spot your ovulation day and maximise it's benefits.
I must state categorically that while we can rely on the medical experts in their analysis, it is wiser and healthier to trust God for the fruit of the womb and appreciate our children irrespective of the gender of the child.
Sometimes calculating these and anticipating a baby boy or girl may put pressure on your body thereby making the couples to have sex for babies and not to build their intimacy and celebrate oneness with one another.
