Is He Dating Another Lady?

Good morning ma and fans of this page.... I appreciate your good works, may God continue to bless you..... I am 23 and he is 25.... We've been dating for two years now.... We were together a whole year before he travelled out to Italy early last year and the relationship was still very okay..... We do chat regularly on Facebook and WhatsApp and we speak on phone often too..... He is yet to get his complete papers though efforts were being made to achieve that ....
Last week he used a strange girl as his profile picture for days and tagged her love you plenty.... I got so worried and angry but I didn't ask him about it rather I chatted him up and he sent a voice note saying he would call me soon that things are not okay with him over there and I should exercise a little patience but he hasn't till now....
Am just so worried, he doesn't reply me very well whenever I chat him up since then and seems not to care about my welfare.... I am just so confused please advise me.



I can't tell exactly what he may be up to at the moment but I feel that he may be under a new influence lately probably or possibly to help him get his papers. 
What you may need to do is let him be, give him some time and focus on developing yourself pending when he's ready to let you know what he's been up to lately. 
We can only hope that he hasn't got entangled to a another lady.
