Does Abstinence From Sex Lead to Sexual Problems in Men?

Good day ma, please I have a question for you. Is it true that when guys abstain from sex for a long time(years), they tend to have low libido, erectal dyfunction, or even weak erection?
If Yes, what is the solution?
Am asking because I have not had sex for over a year plus now. And my guys are saying that it is not good for my health that it could lead to the above mentioned. Since I use to be active before, that my future wife will suffer the outcome.
And I noticed I don't have the urge to have sex even when a girl is seducing me(I do gain erection immediately but no urge), could it be what they said is true? Or is it because of the decision not to have sex again till marriage that cause the lack of urge? Thank you

What they said is baseless medically and have no bearing, except they are manipulating you to join their league of casual sex club.
The reason why you don't have the urge for penetration is simply because you have preconditioned your mind not to have sex until you are married.
The moment you change your thoughts about waiting until you are married, you the urge/drive/fantasy/desire to have sex will bounce back, and you will pull down the wall of every woman's undies.
I will advise you to disassociate yourself from these corrupt mindset to avoid manipulating you into having casual sex which could expose you to sexually transmitted infections or pregnancy or unnecessary drama when you are mentally/emotionally unprepared for sexual intercourse.
